One-time fee (DOES NOT include QuickBooks Online).

Includes set-up of chart of accounts, items, vendors, customers, employees, classes, products & services. This includes setting up an accounting system from scratch or migration from another accounting system.

Entering beginning balances from your old system, tax returns, statements and other documents. This also includes 2 hours of training for you or your employees

Clean up

Cleaning up your old account system includes:

    • reclassifying entries
    • changing chart of accounts (editing and/or deleting accounts)
    • creating an account numbering system
    • changing items
    • creating items
    • entering historical data
    • and more!

Basically, taking an old out dated or incorrect file and turning it into a good accounting system that will give you accurate data to make good management decisions.

Monthly Bookkeeping

HF Bookkeeping is committed to making your business profitable so we’ve designed affordable plans based the volume of transactions in a reporting period and also on the overall complexity of your business.

For example, the creation of an invoice to a customer who is paying you would be considered as three transactions:

  1. Creation of the invoice.
  2. Receipt of the payment.
  3. Posting the deposit to the accounting register.
Payroll

We partner with payroll companies whose software seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks Online. If you’re not already using one of our partners, we’ll work with you to find the one that best suits your needs and your budget.

Payroll fees are based on the number of employees and the fee is billed directly to you by the payroll service.

Each plan includes: Bank and credit card reconciliations, financial statements, financial meetings, plus the cost of the QuickBooks Online subscription.

Basic

  • Up to 25 transactions
  • Up to 2 credit/bank accounts

Bronze

  • Up to 100 transactions
  • Three credit/bank accounts

Silver

  • Up to 150 transactions
  • Four credit/bank accounts

Gold

  • Up to 250 transactions
  • 5 - 6 credit/bank accounts

Platinum

  • Up to 500 transactions
  • 4+ credit/bank accounts
